1 - Tignes

The day started with the Col de l'Iseran. A 50km climb! When arriving in Tignes, the rain started as well, so I've spent the day with Simon Guglielmi and his fan club. Very nice day in a TdF atmosphere, despite 4 hours of rain... |
Montée du Col de l'Iseran depuis Bourg-Saint-Maurice Dès le début de Tignes je tombe sur la Team Gug' 4h sous la pluie avec eux, mais une super ambiance ! |

For this second day, I decided to do another climb between the Alps and my next destination. For my little rooster, I went for the Col du Coq. Sunny and hot, definitely not my kind of weather. |
Pour le 2ème jour, je me suis fait un petit col sur le chemin vers l'étape suivante. Col du Coq avec mon coq (d'ailleurs, je lui ai toujours pas donné de nom). Sous le soleil et la chaleur, pas mes conditions préférées... |

3 - L'Ardèche

A sort ride in the morning to discover the Ardèche via the col du Tourniol and his fantastic view. And the Tour in the afternoon, that sounds like a perfect day ! Oh, I also met one of my twitter friend, hello Arnaud. |
Le Tour, c'est aussi l'occasion de rencontrer des twittos ! Salut Arnaud. Petite sortie dans l'Ardèche le matin puis étape du Tour l'aprèm', le combo parfait ! |

4 - Mont Ventoux

No need to present it: the Mont Ventoux! To see the riders twice, everyone was above the chalet Reynard. It sounded way too empty below... good that there was a crazy guy singing on his bike. |
Le seul, l'unique, le mythique, le Ventoux ! Avec le double passage après le chalet Reynard, tout le monde se regroupe au sommet. Dommage, c'est bien vide sur la 1ère partie. Heureusement qu'un fou était là pour mettre un peu d'ambiance en chantant sur son vélo. |

5 - Les couz'

A day out with my little cousin on the tour is a day well spent! A transition stage, but good to live it with him and some friends, and their blue-white-red hair... |
Ça y est, j'ai réussi l'éducation de mon cousin, je l'ai enfin ammené sur le Tour de France ! Avec des copains à lui, cheveux teints pour l'occasion, encore une belle journée d'été... |

6 - Comme un fou

A short climb to start the Pyrenean stages: the col de la croix des morts. Sevaral times the final km while singing, it's the best way to enjoy the waiting time before the riders arrive. |
Première étape dans les Pyrénées, mais pas encore un gros col, on s'installe plutôt tranquillement dans le col de la croix des morts. Avec quelques aller-retours en chantant poiur s'occuper avant le passage des coureurs ! |

7 - Font-Romeu

Hey Cédric, good to see you for this stage! Today, it's the col du Calvaire, near Font-Romeu, the first climb of the stage. And oh, Audrey Cordon-Ragot and Chloe Hosking were also there. |
Un plaisir de retrouver Cédric pour cette étape près d'Andorre ! Trop compliqué d'aller dans l'Envalira ou Beixalis, c'est donc le premier col du jour qui m'attend: le col du Calvaire. Et en bonus, j'ai même pu croiser Audrey Cordon-Ragot et Chloe Hosking. |
| 8 - Pailhères | Pailhères |
On my schedule for today: Col de Pailhères (2001m) and Luz Ardiden! Unfortunately, bad weather, no view in the clouds, got cold on top of the first climb, better to do only one. Bad conditions, but still a good climb done! |
Au programme du jour, c'est le col de Pailhères (plus de 2000m) et la montée de Luz Ardiden. Mais avec la pluie, j'ai attrapé froid au sommet de Pailhères. La raison me fera faire qu'un col, mais un bien sympathique, malgré l'absence de vue dans les nuages. |

9 - Portet-d'Aspet

No bike day! The climb (portet-d'Aspet) is not that long, let's do it with a nice hike. In a Tour de France style, I've spend the day with a guy dressed as Napoléon... |
Pour ne pas faire que du vélo, ce sera à pieds aujourd'hui dans le col du Portet-d'Aspet. Un type avec un coq sur la tête avec un type déguisé en Napoléon, rien de plus normal sur les routes du Tour ! |

10 - Portet

First stage this year with my family. My brother and my father, but also Cédric again, joined me to climb the col du Portet. Near the summit, we found a nice place just after a hairpin, to see the riders coming. But the fog arrived before them, it wasn't an advantage anymore. |
Une étape en famille ! Avec mon frère, mon père, ainsi que Cédric, on part à l'assaut du col du Portet à vélo. Placés idéalement après un lacet pour voir les coureurs arriver, c'est du brouillard qu'ils sortaiant au dernier moment... |

11 - Luz-Ardiden

Just my father for this final stage in the Pyrénées. He suffured more than me in the climb (yes, he has an e-bike) but we reached the top. For the stage, we stayed a few meters away from where we were 10 years before, the last time the Tour climbed to Luz-Ardiden. |
Pour cette dernière étape de montagne, seul mon père est avec moi. Jusqu'au sommet en vélo, je crois qu'il était plus fatigué que moi (oui, malgré l'assistance électrique). Pour le passage du Tour, on s'est placés à quelques mètres de là ou on était en 2011, lors du dernier passage vers Luz-Ardiden |

No Tour de France for today, but another climb for this final day in the mountains. The col des Tentes, with a stop in Gavarnie, phew, the view is fantastic! |
Pas de Tour aujourd'hui, mais je profite encore un peu des montagnes Le col des Tentes, en passant par Gavarnie, un régal pour les yeux ! |

Dernier jour du Tour 2021, et quoi de mieux qu'un chrono pour profiter des coureurs un par un ? Le tout avec mon père, ma mère, mon frère et puis David, whoho, c'est vraiment le bonheur ! |
